An assortment of Frimley High Street!

These postcards are all of roughly the same part of the eastern end of Frimley High Street.  The white cottages have been demolished and replaced by shops but the White Hart is, of course, still there, if much restored and renovated.

The earliest is, I think, the one on the left, but the creeper hasn’t grown much more by the next one, and that is dated 1916 (and is a professionally produced card)  The view of the inn is earlier – 1910, and talks about seeing the troops marching along the London Road.
